Some days my body feels strong and wants to move quicker and be challenged. Others days it wants to move slow, taking its time to lean into poses and pause as it stretches and moves between different shapes.
There is no hard or fast rule on what your yoga should look like.
Allow your yoga to be fluid, like the ebb and flow of the ocean. Encourage change, and move with it, instead of resisting it.
